Easily manageable and scriptable. Our CLI and APIs were designed with very large installations in mind. This means that our CLI is based on powerful yet simple commands that can symmetrically operate on recursive sets of storage objects. You can flexibly compose these foundational commands into comprehensive powerful scripts with which you can elegantly manage your storage installation independently of its size.

Rapid customization. Our open-source development model allows significantly accelerated development and release velocities. We have some of the leading experts in iSCSI and IP storage in the company and in our open-source community - with this rich talent pool, we can build pretty amazing features pretty quickly. For instance, a large hosting customer asked us to add Unlimited LUNs per iSCSI target. A few weeks later, he was running a large array with 10,000 LUNs - with software that had rapidly been proven in a number of test installations around the world.
